“We recently bought out house in NB and knew that we needed to change up the flooring. I looked online and saw that Nue Flooring had good reviews so I stopped by the showroom. Vallerie was absolutely awesome jumped right in showing me samples. She even let me take home the big samples, which was especially needed to convince my husband. We ended up replacing about 2,000 square feet of tile, carpet, variations of wood with one wood type in the main areas and carpet in the rest. It looks amazing and the company was so professional, acted quickly, and really did put our project as the priority. Vallerie also kept communication open with us the entire time, even the smallest questions were important to her and she wanted to do it right the first time. Can't wait to work with them when we get to our kitchen (for the backsplash)!”

“First off Nue Floors used to be New Braunfels Flooring as I came to figure out. I used NB Flooring before and tried to get another estimate for the rest of the house as they did a fabulous job before. Come to find out its the exact same Mgmt and Installers so I was very pleased to find them again and schedule the remainder of my house. Vallerie the mgr and sales gal has been awesome always and Matt and Oscar her installers are still with them as well. I am so very pleased with this flooring Co that 5 stars are NOT enough to give. “I am so happy that I found Nue Floors. My project included luxury vinyl plank flooring, beautiful tile backsplash, indoor floor tile and outdoor wood look patio tile. Their customer service was top notch from the design services to the quality installation and final finishing touches! The skilled employees take pride in making your home renovation easy and absolutely perfect. It turned out better than what I imagined it could be. I get so many compliments on the final results! “We just had Nue Floors install hardwood floors in two bedrooms and the walk in closets. Nue Floors has exemplary customer service; beginning with Vallerie in the showroom to Matt installing our floors, their attention to detail was superb. They always returned phone/text messages. They kept their installation date and kept us informed of the process all along the way. During the installation, Matt treated our home as if it was his own. He took his shoes off when entering our home, he was focused on details and when he left he swept and vacuumed up the dust he created. He even polished part of our existing floor. We are so pleased with Nue Floors that we are planning on having them return to put hardwood flooring in our two remaining bedrooms. Every company should treat their customers like Matt and Vallerie do. Along with the customer service, the products are beautiful. We love our new floors. Five starts isn't enough for this company!”
