“NRG replaced carpet with red oak wood flooring in our living and bedroom, lacing it in with existing wood flooring, and staining a darker stain. Michael was the finisher and I must say that he's a perfectionist, which is what you want in a flooring installer/finisher. The follow up by everyone was fabulous - I was updated often by text and phone on what their next steps were. My questions were promptly answered. Very professional company and a joy to work with. The floors came out even better than I expected. I will definitely use them again when the remainder of my carpeting needs to be replaced and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends/family.”
