“For years I have dreamt of having hardwood floors and when the time came to begin our search for the perfect product my husband and I were very excited. We made a list of local flooring companies and started looking. By the time we left our fourth place our excitement had turned to disappointment, as no one seemed to be listening to what we wanted in a floor, no one seemed to have what we wanted, and the last place basically told us what we wanted did not exist. All of that changed when I went into Nolts Floor Covering. I was met by Scott, the owner, who was kind and welcoming and asked me a series of questions to get a clear idea of what we were looking for. He then began to show me multiple possibilities. Within a few minutes I found just what we had been searching for. Our install tech did a fabulous job, and was extremely skilled. He met any question or concern we had with kindness and attention. Once the floors were done, Scott came over and personally addressed a few areas that, (due to the nature of the floor itself) needed a little touch up. All areas were minor, but Scott treated them with the utmost care and respect, and was a true craftsman in his attention to detail. And after all of that, he personally cleaned our new floors for us, thoroughly explaining the best way to care for them. We now have the floors of our dreams, a beautiful American made, hand scraped, solid hickory in 5" planks, full of character. They are gorgeous and we could not be happier!!”
