Not only were they responsive and in a timely manner, they were detail oriented, patient, flexible, great work quality, and affordable. After speaking to MULTIPLE contractors, we struggled to find *any* of these traits, not to mention ALL of them. During any renovation, challenges come up and NextGen was so easy and flexible to work with, and accommodate those challenges so smoothly. “WOW. Where do I begin?! I cannot say enough great things about Nextgen. We have been wanting to renovate our kitchen for quite some time. My husband and I had been researching contractors for a year or two before finding Nextgen. We had friends who told us nightmare stories of other companies starting a renovation and the contractors not coming back to finish or other things going wrong, etc. We also have two small children and did not want to get stuck in a months long renovation. Vlad and his wife Alla came out to our house and did a full walk through and took measurements. They were very professional and knew exactly what we were envisioning for our kitchen. Julia, our design consultant was super helpful and kind. Any of the items we chose and I later changed our mind about, she immediately responded and took care of everything! Every single group the came to our home with Vlad, through the entire process were always promptly on time, respectful of our home and just amazing at their craft! Aside from that, they are just the sweetest people and I am going to miss seeing them!! They really care about making your space beautiful and attention to detail! So happy we found them and we would recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable company to help you with your next renovation. And did I mention it only took six weeks!! Amazing.
