“Our new floors are beautiful! We highly recommend New Look in New Lenox and look forward to working with them again. Greg's idea of replacing the old carpeting with wood finish COREtec was perfect, and the installers did a wonderful job and always left everything very clean. All the people here are terrific and we wish we had done it sooner!”

“New Look just finished tilling my back porch and putting up my back splash in my kitchen . They where amazing and the kitchen backsplash was not a easy project either for sure! With all the small angles and the tile we picked . It looks beautiful!! The guys where all so nice , super clean, and extremely professional!”

“I ordered carpet for the basement. I told them i wanted a really good one that would last a while and have a cushy pad. The carpet was awesome, the people in the showroom were fantastic, and the install in the basement and stairs were flawless. Best installed carpet i have ever seen. I have had so many compliments on the carpet and install.”

“They came and removed 21 year old carpet. Put down a base layer, placed Bamboo flooring, trimmed for vents and edged T-molding at my fireplace and the thresholds into the other rooms. Finish with 1/4 round along whole room fill the gap to the original trimming. Wish I could post a Pic, everyone is impressed.”
