“Would have given 5-stars except the carpet crew did not vacuum and leave the carpet ready to show. Erika is incredible as you have heard in countless other reviews. It is true her energy is contagious and knowledge of the marketable trends for houses are right now is spot on. She walked into our house during our estimate for new flooring, instantly had us looking at a handful of samples and boom by the end of the day we found exactly what we were looking for. Erika got everything ordered and scheduled for the installation. Install done in 6-days, the NAFFCO team removed all the tile from our house (over 1000 sq ft), prepared and leveled the floors and installed over 1600 sq ft wood floors and 1000 sq ft of beautiful carpet in the bedrooms. Every single one of the crew members are great guys. Anytime we even had a hint of an issue a call or text to NAFFCO was instantly responded to and questions resolved. Thanks again to the team.”
