“If there was a 6 star, I would hit it. I went to 4 different vendors and decided on Murley's because of their detailed walk thru, their personalities, and how they set up the bid. Sometimes picking less expensive is you get that less workmanship (which was a fear I had with one of the choices). I did not find them to be unreasonable at all with our contract, and they were very reliable in details. Throughout the process I was amazed at the ease in which they responded to calls, text, and emails. I found their customer service rare... I will miss working with them.”

“We got carpet for our basement from Murley's last summer. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, the carpet was nice, and the installation was smooth. This spring we noticed a couple wrinkles. I called on a Saturday and left a message to see about getting it fixed. I thought no one would be in a hurry to call back and deal with that. Monday I got a call back and by Tuesday afternoon the same installer who had put it in was back and my house and had it fixed. I was really, really impressed with how responsive they were and how seriously they took getting the job done right. Thank you!”

“Being new to Tri-cities, we didn't know who to trust with recarpeting our home. Luckily, we stopped in to Murley's and were helped by Thomas Gillen. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us many different types of carpet and helped us decide on what would be best for our situation. He came out and measured our house and had the carpet in less than 2 weeks. We also loved the installers. They were fast but detail-oriented. Thomas also recommended great movers to help us get our furniture out of the way. The whole experience was top notch and we recommend Thomas and Murley's without reservation.”

Eddie Garcia, our sales person, was very helpful to us in making our floor and laminate choices and coordinating the designs so that they went well together. The whole process of purchasing and installing the floors and countertops from start to finish was superb. The installers did a great job. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. We are definitely satisfied with Murleys' service and products.”

“We purchased a new home that had carpet in it and we wanted to replace all of the carpet with Madison Wide plank flooring to match the kitchen, dining, and entry walkways. Mike McIntyre came to our home the day after we moved in to measure and provide a quote, divided into separate pieces as requested. We ended up buying the entire package to include living room and 3 bedrooms/closets. Mike was great, answered all of our questions. He described to us the entire process from order through to completion. He also scheduled it and got the job going very quickly. Now on to the Installation professional. Roy Charvet and assistant Ramon were polite, tidy, and easy to have in our home. Roy did an expert job of weaving in the new floors. Also replacing the baseboards and caulking them to match the others. I would absolutely recommend Murley’s Floor Covering!”

I worked with both Ed Garcia and Mike McIntyre. I had a very specific design in mind and they were able to find a flooring that worked perfectly for me. Both salesmen were super polite and friendly and it was a total pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend this store. Lots of inventory to choose from too!!!!”
