“We have loved working with Mountain West. The entire experience from start to finish has been great! -They were super patient with us while we took forever to decide what we liked, letting us borrow sample after sample of flooring. And they have a lot of products to choose from. -They walked us through ideas, suggestions, price ranges, products... They seem to know what they're talking about and seem very knowledgeable about all types of options. Also everyone I talked to was very nice and personable. -They got our products in much faster than other stores quoted us, and got us on schedule to install so soon after that. -The install crew was friendly and worked fast. They did a beautiful job... Better than I thought it would be! This applies to both the vinyl planks as well as the carpet. -The carpet guys went above and beyond. Also, we had RC Willey install carpet in a basement bedroom a few months ago and they left marks all over the floor boards, so I expected that was normal and expected it this time. There were no marks on the boards or walls, and they even vacuumed after they were done. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mountain West. They have been well worth it!”
