“5 Star Quality business! Customer service is outstanding - Leslie was extremely helpful in finding exactly what we needed for carpet and padding. She took the time one on one, to explain all of our options. Selection of products was extensive and Leslie was able to steer us in the right direction to prevent some of the issues we experienced with our current carpet from another vendor (lasted only 5 years). Installation crew was exceptional! Kory and his crew were very professional and explained what their process would be for removing our old carpet and installing the new padding and carpet. They are very conscientious, hard-working people and we appreciate their concern for detail. They also hired Michael to install our luxury vinyl planking and it now is very nice and complementary to the carpeting next to it.
