“We happened to walk into MK Flooring on a last minute “let’s just look in there” kind of thought. The minute we walked into the store we knew this is where we were supposed to be. The customer service and assistance we received in helping us make decisions was superb. Miguel and Tim are true professionals in the business. They made us feel like family and were not pushing us to make quick decisions. They were very patient with us in that we had to do our floors in phases due to the amount of furniture we had to move around. The craftsmanship of the installer was great. Aaron worked quickly and had our floors done in a matter of a couple of days. He gave us a time that he would show up to work and he was there, on time, each day. “They were great to work with. We are flipping a house and needed new floors done. They put our floor in , in two days and looks perfect. We even had a hole in one of our vinyl planks, and they were nice enough to come back out and replace that one plank. They are awesome, would recommend and they will be doing our future projects as well!”
