“So my business needed to have a full makeover done. I took a lot of time researching all the different sub-contractors for the job. I needed a professional to install commercial carpet that was durable but also stylish. Midtown Carpet really went above and beyond to consult with me and show me all the different types of options available to me. Max came to my office in Santa Monica and walked me through everything and what he recommends in extreme detail. I got a great carpet at an amazing price installed. The installers were early and got it all done in one day. Very professional, clean, and with perfect seams and corners. You can't even see the seams. Thanks again guys! Will be using you guys for my flooring needs on all projects!”

“Midtown Carpet is truly a family run business and hiring them is one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I had done my research on many companies, big and small. But from the moment I met Max and his knowledge of the products that really impressed me. Then we continued I met the rest of the family including David, the father. They came out and bid my townhouse including leveling floors and install. Very reasonable bid in line with other companies. Now decision time. Some people always go with the absolute lowest bid, but will pay for it later. We’ve all been there, that lowest bid sometimes gets you delayed progress, disrespectful installers, and shotty work. Then you ask yourself, “What was I thinking?” Midtown Carpet was the complete opposite of that and everything I had hoped they would be. Oscar and Pedro leveled my floor beautifully. Then Lionel, Omar and Miguel did a fantastic install of the carpet. Everyone was professional, respectful of my place including the common areas of the building I live in. Truly a great experience. I highly recommend this company if you are in the process of decision making, like I was. You will not regret it.”

David is knowledgeable, and gave me a competitive rate right away. We didn't end up purchasing hardwood floors from Midtown at this time, because we prefer to polish the original floor to keep it even leveled. “Midtown just installed flooring in our entire home in just 2 ½ days! First I have to say Max and David were so wonderful answering our many questions and helping us find the right color to go in our home. The installers Edmund and Sargeh were amazing! It was a big job, they were professional and polite. They took great care while working in our home and made sure everything was ok with us. After they were done each day you would not have known they were there they cleaned up so well. The flooring is beautiful and it looks like a brand new home. David checked with us afterwards to make sure everything was done properly and see that we were happy. We have wanted to have this done for years and even went to Midtown 3 years ago but life happens and we had to put it on hold. I am so glad that they were still here when we could finally do it now.
