“I had my carpeting on two floors replaced last week. Three bedrooms, a large walk-out basement, two sets of stairs, four closets, and a landing. Michael’s Flooring Outlet in Creve Coeur had been recommended to me several times on Nextdoor Wildwood. I did my own research, got four separate estimates from four companies, and settled on Michael’s because of relative cost, customer service, efficiency, and quality of materials. I went with a very good quality plush carpeting as well as carpet pad. Charlie, my project manager, was unfailingly polite and pleasant, didn’t try to upsell me, was honest, responded promptly to calls and texts, and answered all my 101 questions without complaint. I worked some with Kim, another project mgr, and with Amy in scheduling and they too, were great. Michael’s customer service is superb. The installation team of three was prompt, polite, worked fast, was eager to respond to my requests, cleaned up after themselves, disassembled and reassembled my furniture, and were done in a day and a half. They did not even take an actual break for lunch. The carpet looks and feels wonderful. I feel like I’m walking on air. I’m so happy I went with Michael’s. I will recommend them to everyone who needs new carpeting. Thank you to everyone at Michael’s Creve Coeur.”
