“I found the sales staff very friendly and helpful, and I the prices were the best of the half dozen companies I obtained bids from for identical specification carpet. There were some installation issues that I am hopeful have been resolved. But for that they would’ve gotten five stars. It’s very difficult to compare carpet lines because they are intentionally made duplicative with different names by the manufacture to help its authorized retailers avoid competition. So doing your homework and comparing the actual spec of each carpet regardless of the name can be very helpful and save you thousands of dollars.”
