“We had the best carpet installation that we've ever experienced. First **** was an absolute delight on the phone setting up our install date. She went out of her way to set up a quick and accommodating time & date for us. Then the installer, *********, a very pleasurable and polite young man came to our home. He had gone out of his way to pick up our carpet at another location and still showed up on time. *********, by himself, did the entire install of a large, intricate familyroom. Worked continuously and miticuasly till it was complete. Didn't even stop for lunch. Then made sure that he cleaned everything up and that we were completely happy before leaving. We kinda wish we had another carpeting job to do so we could experience this level of customer ********************** again. All thanks to the wonderful team of Tera, ********* and Marc's Flooring Service Inc.”
