“After many years of contemplating replacing the entire first floor with hardwood, we decided to take the plunge. Kristi at McCullough Flooring was a gem. She answered the many questions we had about the finish, color, wear and tear, etc. (we had a lot of concerns as this was our first experience with hardwood other than small areas). We absolutely love our floors and wish we had done this years ago. She understood the look we were after and was "right on" when suggesting our flooring. The installers were polite, very conscientious and were very neat in their work. We plan to use McCullough again soon as we are redoing bathrooms and will replace old carpets upstairs. Having their own installers is a huge plus. I've had a terrible experience in the past with a different company that contracts out their jobs and it was a nightmare. McCullough is a wonderful company.”

I was unfamiliar with the Schluter line of products but Kristi was able to answer all my questions regarding product use. Kristi provided great guidance and support for design ideas.”
