“Steve was great to work with no matter how many problems that occurred with both tile and carpet installation he always responded back quickly, always followed through and made sure every problem was addressed with his expertise and patience. I cannot give it a 5 star due to all the inadequate installation problems but Steve made up for it, I would recommend Mcalister Flooring.”

“Mcalister Flooring did a great job installing my Shaw carpet a couple of years ago however it developed a stain that wouldn’t come out. I wrote a letter to Mcalister carpet and Shaw Carpet company and within days I received a response from both. The bottom line is that Shaw carpet company replaced my whole house carpeting $5,500.00 worth of carpet) based on the warranty. I thank Mcalister Flooring for their assistance in getting the warranty work. Highly recommend Mcalister”
