“I have used Master's for a couple of years now and have always had A+ service. Sandy is great to work with. The whole staff knows how to match your paint colors to your flooring. They are very friendly and will give you plenty of options. We have used their installers and have had great success with them. We used Buy Direct one time and the customer service and installation was so bad, we had to have the Master's carpet installer come out and fix the problem. I would recommend Master's to anyone. Thanks!”

“I had pricing on carpet from two other stores that I have used previously. Masters saved me over $1000 for the exact same carpet compared to those stores. Terry did an excellent install on the carpet. Very difficult job with two flights of stairs and skirting, angles and nooks all over the place.
