“Paul is putting in major effort to improve his company, and it shows! He will stand behind his guarantee to make you happy as a customer with floors you love. In 2019, we hired Masterpiece to refinish our floors. Unfortunately, the team that handled our project did a poor job and we were very unhappy with how the project was handled. In 2020, Paul reached out to apologize and correct the matter. He explained that in 2019 he was attempting to expand the company and it came at the expense of quality control. The team that was on our job did not deliver to his standards, and he wanted to refinish our floors and correct issues at no cost. Paul did an AMAZING job with our floors, and his service was top notch. He kept us informed every step of the way and even came back to do some touch ups just to make sure we were completely happy with the new floors. He installed BEAUTIFUL new hardwood floors in our kitchen and matched them so well with the existing hard wood. He kept our home clean and respected our property. This was the service we expected from the beginning, and I'm so thankful Paul took the opportunity to correct the work that had been done. Communicate with him if you aren't happy; he really does want to make it right. Thank you, Paul!”

“We hired Masterpiece to refinish our floors at the Hemet Elks Lodge. We are very busy and Paul agreed to make our schedule work, so we would have a minimum shutdown and be open for Thanksgiving. They came in on a Sunday and finished Tuesday night, so it had time to cure. It is beautiful, our members are very happy, looks as good as when it was new. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend them.”
