“First contact was Samantha in the showroom. She was awesome. She is knowledgeable, patient and very willing to assist. She was instrumental in our decision to go with Marks's Floors. The owner Mark (Samantha’s father) actually came out to do the measurements and so personable, it felt like we were dealing with a long time friend. There were no issues with the delivery or installation of the product, even though our job it right in the middle of the Covid 19 crises. We had to delay, due to other back ups on our renovation project, but Mark’s Floors adjusted without issue. The installation crew, lead by a gentleman also named Mark, were as pleasant and positive as one could expect. We have already started thinking about carpeting the the rest of the house, that was not tiled, and we are definitely going to give Mark’s Floors our business.”

“Our wonderful experience started with Samantha in the showroom. She was instrumental in our decision to go with Marks's Floors and guided us though the selection process answering the the many questions we had concerning selection, removal and installation of tile. It was great to see the actual owner of the business, Mark, come to our house to not only take all the measurements, but to also describe his family business and his concern for customer satisfaction. The icing on the cake was the 4 man installation crew headed up by Mark (not the owner). He directed and installed over 1500 square feet of tile throughout just about every area of our house with his coworkers Danny, Rasheed and Chris. I have never seen such a great combination of workers all extremely positive, hard working and polite. We could not have been more satisfied with the way our job proceeded and ultimately turned out. We plan to return to Mark's Floors to replace a bedroom carpet in the near future.”
