“Wow! Amazing customer service. I needed to replace two rooms of carpet due to Hurricane Ian. I did this all from Ohio over the phone and via facetime. Alberto was able to select several carpet samples to show me via facetime, I picked one and he had it installed two days later! HIs installers called on their way and I was able to have a neighbor open the house for them. Every step was simple and easy and I cannot thank Alberto and his team for how well they communicated with me long distance. In a world where Customer Service has fallen off... Floorz in Ft. Myers has it going on!!”
