“We are building a home and are so pleased with our floors that LP just put in .They are beautiful.On top of that, I had to go to the office and gather samples to make decisions and Karen was so kind and helpful and made the decision process easy for us. An added bonus was they picked the samples up from me and even the employee who picked them up was so kind. If looking for flooring, I would hands down suggest LP Custom Floors to anyone.”

“What a great experience and excellent craftmanship! If you want a fair price, knowledgeable team, quality work, and the comfort of knowing your satisfaction matters to them, then do yourself a favor and use LP Custom Floors. From their first visit to get my quote all the way through the final clean you can tell these folks take pride in their work. They were very easy to work with and were sure to communicate with me throughout the process. I got quotes from 3 different local companies as well as a 'Big Box store'. LP was in line price wise and gave me the best feeling when talking through options. The crew that was sent out to do the install did a thorough job including clean up after the job. I even had an issue with one part of the baseboard which was completely my fault and not theirs. Without hesitation they sent someone out to take a look at it and explained the situation to me. Most companies would stop there but not LP, they took care of it and put their customers satisfaction at the top of their priority list...something you just don't get as often these days.”
