Their attention to detail was amazing, they found things that needed to be corrected, gave me a call before doing the extra work and had very fair prices for the work. “Chase is the man!!!!!! I meet with him last summer regarding a carpet replacement at a unit we manage and we was 1 of 4 contractors I scheduled for the day ! His bid came in the next morning and was the best when the tenant had questions about the charges and he never tried to push me into agreeing with his opinion about the state of the carpet. (It was obviously terrible but 2 tried to convince me that they were perfectly fine!) I have used him for several projects since then. Some last minute and he has delivered every time! I literally just sent Chase a big project for 2 properties today and he responded within 30 min and replacement is getting done tomorrow! We are located in San Marcos by the way with this response time plus the distance they come from makes them that much more amazing!”
