“Awhile back we had Lima Carpet come out to our business to buff and polish our floors which had quite a bit of foot traffic and equipment and boxes being slid across them for 30 years. Just a few months we went to them to also purchase the new flooring we installed. They provided great customer service in-store going over all the various flooring options that were available, which would work best for what we need, etc. They have friendly, local customer service and a wide variety of carpet and flooring options for a local shop!”

“we had an issue with the flooring that was installed improperly. I had requested it to be glued down and since it wasn't it stretched and wrinkled. The owner was back twice to work on it, but the problem persisted. I contacted BBB and wrote to Lima carpet and told them exactly what I thought of their company and the workmanship. They contacted me immediately and made arrangements to rectify the problems-crediting us for the previous job and installing a better floor for just the cost. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and promptness. We are very happy with the experience.”

“I recently purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring from lima carpet to put down in my new home. “We had vinyl laminate flooring from Lima Carpet installed several years ago in a bedroom and a hallway, and earlier this year had it installed in the rest of our home, replacing carpet. The installation team did a great job and the floor looks absolutely great. We recently discovered a spot at a doorway where two butt-joined planks were developing minor cracks, and called Lima Carpet. Today, one of the owners came out and made the needed repairs.
