“What a great experience. My husband and I experienced an unexpected disaster which eventually led to our floor being replaced. We had two other companies come in and provide estimates before we decided to contact Leon County Floors & More. Thankfully we did given our first two experiences left something to be desired (bad advice, poor customer service, pricing, etc.). Ben stepped right in and offered all the assistance, time, and patience we needed. This was especially important given we were working with our insurance company and needed to get detailed information back to them in a timely manner. Furthermore, a problem with discovered after the demolition of our first floor. Within minutes, the flooring team was at our house. A plan was decided that day and the problem was resolved the next day without further incident. We felt heard, valued and taken great care of my the Leon Flooring team. Installment team did an amazing job and we were very pleased with the final outcome. Our go-to store for all further flooring needs! Highly recommended!”
