“Oct.31,2018 We've had wonderful experiences with Kemper carpet and floor Fair Ridge Fairfax store. We worked with William Hill, project consultant. He took us seemlessly through each project. He was patient and answered multiple questions. He follwed through to make sure everything was going well. First we had carpet installed in a finished basement. The installers came on time and did a great job. They moved furniture for us. Next we just had hardwood installed in the library. The installers Ronnie and Brandon were professional and did a fanastic job. Friends think it looks so good. We've now scheduled hardwood for the great room and know that everything will again go smoothly Angela Gemmell”

“We had a very good experience throughout. Associates at the store were very friendly and easy to talk to. The actual carpet installation was great. The installers worked all day and were able to finish the job in one day! I was very impressed. They moved our furniture around to install and placed most of it back in the right places. Very highly recommended.”
