At the point of sale, the organization is great. They were attentive, friendly, and personable. The technician that came to our home was quick and thorough. The problem with the process came during the flooring installation. The installers relayed to us they were short product on both styles we ordered. They also informed us the standard practice was to order 10% over what was needed for waste and in this case, that practice was not followed which is why they ran short. We reached out to the salesperson both, to express our displeasure with the process, and get an understanding as to what went wrong.The response we received was "Unfortunately remodeling projects may have delays, especially in this day and time. I also want you both to know that we are giving over $400 in free product and installation on your new floors so I hope that helps." To categorize this as a "delay" is disingenuous. If a standard process was not followed which causes an avoidable inconvenience to the customer that is negligence at best. What is the purpose of having someone come into our home and do exact measurements if not to order exactly what is required for the project? It is also curious idea that we are receiving "free" product. Was it a feasible alternative to return to me, the customer and request additional money after we had paid in full? In preparation for this review I read Kelly's Carpet mission statement. Two of their headers are Respect and Accountability. In respect they talk about consideration and understanding. As an Air Force Veteran, there is nothing more important to me than my time. When I have incomplete projects in my house and have to deal with the anxiety of multiple trips, by multiple installers the very least I expect is a thoughtful apology not a poorly worded email that I interpreted as "we should be grateful". That would have epitomized accountability in my eyes in line with taking pride in being answerable for their actions, thoughts, and words and the results they generate. Kelly's Carpet will not see the remainder of our flooring needs.

We will never go anywhere else but Kelly's Carpet for flooring! Christen was so helpful and patient! She helped us pick out vinyl flooring and carpet. She explained the process of how everything will go. Very thorough! We are very happy!!! and the floor looks great!!!

Wow so impressed with my carpeting and the prices! Thanks Sue for your help in picking this out. But I'm really impressed with the 2 gentlemen who installed it! They put mats on the floors to protect them when they were going in and out, and even swept the entry way as they left for any little bits of grass and leaves. They need a raise... they worked nonstop, hard and efficiently. The only problem I have now is that the other 2 bedrooms look pretty dingy... hmmmm Well at least I know where to go to fix that!

Probably a decent business but can someone PLEASE tell that hunchback lady in their commercials SHE NEEDS TO MOVE HER ARMS! I see them every day and it looks so weird. Whoever is coaching you to stand sideways, slightly hunch, and stand still is a saboteur. Move your arms!
