“Keller Design Floors staff were professional and courteous. They helped us find a near match to 12 year old hardwood floors in our house, and they did it within minutes of entering their store. This great experience was AFTER visiting one of the "big box" home improvement stores a few days before- a TOTAL waste of our time. Did we pay more for Keller Design Floors? Yes, a little. But you know what they say "you get what you pay for"! We did have a small issue with the installer, but when KDF found out, they immediately sent them back to make sure we were 100% satisified. I doubt we would have received the same great service from that other place. Professional Staff- 5 star Floor Choices- 5 star Install- 4.5 stars (completed a full day early) Follow up- 5 stars Subs- 4.5 stars”
