“We had flooring installed in our new addition back in August. A problem popped up in December. We called and they sent James. He came out and diagnosed the problem, and then went about fixing it for us. Even though the problem did not originate with the initial installation. In other words, it wasn't their fault. No argument, no "it's not our fault," just fixed it. <sigh> Great customer service is so refreshing!! Thank you, Jeter's and James!!”

None of the big stores were able to cut me a chunk of padding to size, and none of the other local carpet places I called had any remnants or scraps either. I called up Jeter's, and they were able to get me plenty of padding to get the job done. Everyone I spoke to was exceptionally nice and helpful.”
