“When they did floors for my house everything went well. I asked them to do my sister's house and this time the experience was horrible. After weeks of promises, no contact and they didn't finish the job after multiple scheduling promises. Now they've ignored me after multiple texts and patiently waiting. I hate leaving bad reviews but it's been a month now and the job hasn't been finished with no explanation and no communication. Edit: After a month of texting and calling, finally came and finished the job, edit from 1 star to 3 stars. They really need to work on communication. Too many times they would promise to come and not show up, with no explanation. I took multiple days off of work to meet with them, and got no-showed.”

“Marco, Yuri and her team and very accommodating and will make sure you get the best value. I wanted to install LVP for my house. I installed them in the second floor last year and was happy with their service and quote and called them again to complete first floor. They have a very hardworking team (Victor and Mario) who will ensure satisfaction before they leave. I would certainly recommend JCI Flooring.”

“Marco and team did a wonderful job for my basement and the staircase flooring. They did end to end work with amazing speed and professionalism! Lots of hard word and dedication with his team. This team knows how to do the job. When many other flooring contractors gave me an estimate to change the stairs tread to finish, Marco at a glance said that the tread is already a pine and should just be sanded and finished. They finished the flooring with the LVP I provided from floor and decor. They even picked up the material from the warehouse. I would strongly recommend Marco and his team for any flooring job! “Working with Marco and his team was breeze. They were the best value and said they could finish the project faster then other guys. Watching them work so fast was amazing. They paid attention to every detail and dealt with me asking questions and watching along the way. For anyone that is ripping up glue down wood, it will be very dusty but they will put up dust protection and clean up when they are done. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. I will definitely be using them again when I go to do the rest of my house. Thanks again Marco!”
