“What service! Still a very personalized connection! I posted a request for recommendations for a carpet installer, ( just planning to go with big box for the carpet purchase for a bedroom) THE OWNER of the company reached out personally, I told him what I was looking for, he sent HIS SON JORDAN to my house the very next day, with samples! While the sample wasn’t quite right, within 2 hrs, he found me exactly what I needed, and all within budget ! Wow! 2 days later BRIAN & CORY showed up exactly as they told me, very professional & and did a fantastic job! It’s so nice to be appreciated as a customer, and feel valued, even though it was certainly not a BIG JOB, and JORDAN the sales manager & BRIAN & Chris the installers, all traveled to Port Clinton, almost an hour away- WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND!”

“We had an excellent guy named Andrew that installed our carpet from the Amherst location . He went above and beyond to make sure our carpet was going to be installed correctly, a few hiccups when he pulled our old carpet up, the floor gap was uneven , he figured out what needed to be done and the result of installed looks amazing . He truly cares about his customers, very thankful for him installing our three rooms and correcting things the right way before install, Andrew is your guy. John the sales guy also was always right on with our floor needs, I always go back to him . If you’re looking for floors go there you will be glad you did. - Kristi”

“It has been a couple days now that Jamies has installed our carpet in our family room and up steps. Andrew was our installer. I can't express the beautiful work he does. He had 2 layers of carpet to remove 1st, one of which was glued down. He works alone and he stayed with the job from 9:30 and finished up close to 7pm. He took his short lunch break and a couple breather breaks and kept at the job till completed including cleaning up. We are more than satisfied with his work. Jamies carpet has a great asset with this man. Thank you for a beautiful job well done.”
