“Wonderful experience! Excellent work! AJ was very patient with me and my wife as we took awhile to decide what we wanted to replace our water damaged floors with (insurance did not cover so the money spent was all ours which makes the process harder of course). AJ explained everything in detail. He provided us with several great options. He was always very flexible and accommodating towards us. The price was very fair (we had gotten several quotes prior to visiting iStone floors) for the work that needed to be done. We finally made a decision and set a date. AJ explained the process to us and the timeframe involved for the work to get completed. He took care of all the small details that come with replacing a floor which we appreciated very much! His crew was outstanding! They showed up on time. They were very kind, courteous, and professional. Their attention to detail was obvious and appreciated. They showed great respect for our home and our furniture. The process of replacing your home’s flooring is a big one (we had never done this before), and seeing your home stripped to the concrete is definitely a bit unsettling, but I was calmed by the communication and care that his crew showed. When they left our home on the first day (and all the others) they were very thoughtful in regards to making sure everything looked as organized and put together as possible. They did things sequentially and definitely not haphazardly, which was obvious and awesome! I am a bit of a perfectionist by nature, and when they finished I literally could not find more than 1 very minor issue, which they resolved the very next day to my complete satisfaction. I am 100% satisfied, and thankful we chose to go with AJ and iStone floors! My wife wants to make sure I thank Rick (AJ’s brother) as well as all of the crew (the main floor guy along with the others including the painter)...total team effort with outstanding results!
