“In 2002-2003 we built a new home. Interior Designs helped us with all our flooring needs, bathroom design, color coordination, some cabinetry. They were wonderful, timely, answered all our questions with detailed explanations and sketches, talented and many more complimentary attributions. Some years later they assisted us in finishing off a large basement room turning it into a beautiful man cave. We love it. We were told they stand behind all their work even years later if something needs to be replaced, repaired, or remodeled. In 2021 I contacted them concerning new carpeting, a large master bath remodel, some grout repair and a few other small things as well as updating our rental apartment. I spoke to the sales design woman who helped me when were building since I knew how talented she is. She said she would come out to our home to see what we had in mind and get some ideas and I wanted to make an appointment to go in to see my options, what was new and get some ideas. After countless phone calls, e-mails, cancelations and excuses (3months) we gave up. Apparently they do not honor their promise to stand by their work when their patrons need to make changes or repairs We were so disappointed to have to go elsewhere. We had put so much trust in Interior Designs and we loved browsing in the store. For these reasons I can give them only 3 stars.”

“I am a teacher from an area school district. I had called various carpet companies asking for carpet remnants for an upcoming field trip to Perrot Park. I didn't have much success until I called Interior Designs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did they assist me with carpet remnants free of charge, but they also gave me cardboard tubing that I needed for another Team Challenge activity. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to do anything. I've lived in Holmen for 14 years and never had been to Interior Design. The showroom was incredible! So many choices, styles, and colors. Very helpful to people who are thinking of building and remodeling.
