“Colleen at Huron Flooring was so helpful and knowledgeable, returning calls promptly and even staying late to get my project on track. They also have so many wonderful choices for flooring, with samples that you can take home! Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with flooring when I started my project with Lowe's. At Lowe's, flooring area staff were unsure how to answer my questions and gave a time estimate for installation that ended up being 3 weeks off! The installation company arranged through Lowe's was very unhelpful. Huron Flooring and Carpet was the opposite, going out of their way to answer all my questions and keep to a tight timeline.
