“Just had some flooring installed in my kitchen and dining room and my experience was that they were knowledable, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I don’t know if a chain store would have been cheaper but when you’re making a big purchase, having confidence in the organization doing the work is worth spending a few hundred dollars more-especially for someone who has years of experience in the industry.”
