“House of Floors removed and replace vinyl in both of our bathrooms. All of the staff was professional, pleasant and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Due to some unforeseen issues, the job took much longer than anticipated, but the end result is outstanding. And despite the fact this was a bigger, more time-consuming project than expected, Ryan stuck with the original quote and did not charge extra for the job. We could not be more pleased and will use HOF in the future for any of our flooring needs.”

“Used House of Floors (Oct - Dec 2016) for removal and installation of carpet in the den, dining room, living room, hallways, closets and 4 bedrooms and for tile in the entry way, bathrooms and laundry room. Totaled less than $10K for a 2200 sq. ft. house on Mohawk carpeting & LDI Slate tile. Received quotes from other vendors but used H of F - they weren’t up-selling me but worked with me on my vision and investment longevity. Scheduled and had minor reschedule issue but Ryan, the owner made up for it by personally making sure the job was done right – including coming onsite to help move the appliances that I felt were impossible to move! I have unique Toto toilets, and Ryan paid to have a plumber come to move and reinstall toilets so that job was done perfectly. He didn’t even hint that I should cover the cost. They showed up on time, moved all furniture, cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future (they do more than carpeting) due to excellent customer service. Yes, things can go wrong but if you’re patient and work with them, they will make sure you are 100% satisfied. LOVE H of F!!”

“I had linoleum put down in my kitchen as well as replacing the wood transitions. My experience with all staff was so very nice (Ryan, owner of the business, Becky etc). At first the Linoleum was not glued down completely and had to be fixed. The customer service was always very nice, and helpful. They came out several times and fixed the problem. The appointments to both install and to repair were made easily and they were accommodating during all of it. They really stand behind their work and do it without any negativity. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I had another occasion. ”

“On November 6, 2014 we purchased carpet from Ryan at House of Floors. It was installed a week later and they did a great job. After a couple of weeks we noticed discrepancies in the quality of the carpet as if it was the end of the roll. We called Ryan and he was out here the next day to inspect it. He agreed with the inconsistency and was willing to replace it with a better quality at no charge. The new carpet was installed today, January 14,2015, and WOW it looks amazing! “Last week i wanted to get some wood flooring, but not the "cheap stuff". At the "home improvment" stores i would have had to wait, they said, 2 weeks or more to get the one I wanted! I did not want to wait that long. I was recomended to House of Floors by two of my friends, and now I know why. Not only did they have a wide range of samples, but their wood guy helped me out a lot, and was very knowledgeable. He was able to explain the different options I had, and helped me get the right floor for my home. The owner came over while I was looking at samples, and made sure I was being taken care of, and even spent some time with us as well. It really felt like a family business, where I was the most important person there. Then comes the best part, they told me they could have the flooring here within a week, and then it only took THREE DAYS! I ordered it on tuesday and picked it up on Friday, now that is service! The wood looks beautiful! I highly recomend House of Floors to everyone!”
