He answered many questions with good knowledge and patience. Joe brought samples over to the house and picked them up another time. We chose our flooring and scheduled installation. “Got expensive plush carpet. Did great at getting back to me then I got the carpet put in my whole house. Places on my stairs where coming up took for ever for them to come back. Have called again showing lots of seams in the middle of room. Paying around 14000.00 for this service not ok. Wish I would have stuck with COSTCO.”
