“My husband and I recently purchased carpet for 2 bedrooms from Hill City Carpet & Flooring. We did visit other carpet stores in the Lynchburg area but fell in love with the carpet at Hill City. The quality of their carpet was better than the other stores we visited and Hill City's pricing for the carpet, padding and installation was less than the other carpet stores. I give them 5 stars because everyone that we worked with, Roxanne, Mike and Blake were so friendly and helpful and made sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. There was little confusion with the amount of carpet that we needed for both rooms but they were quick to correct that and Blake (the owner) even called to assure me that we would be taken care of. “I had an excellent interaction with Blake at Hill City Flooring. He gave me a detailed quote for hardwood on a house I am remodeling, and was extremely responsive. I then chose to carpet the floor instead, and he quickly and efficiently hooked us up with some carpet. He personally delivered pad for free when we didn't have room in our vehicle for it, and was helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend using Hill City for your flooring needs.”
