She and her co-workers were more involved, and easier to talk things over with, than at other flooring companies. The installation crew was excellent. They really knew what they were doing and did a craftsman-like job. They worked hard and fast the entire 2 days that it took to do the work. The installation team leader, Juan, was careful to point out problems and offer options for solutions. There were no surprises. When the job was complete, they cleaned up so that everything really looked sharp.”

“We cannot convey how good of an experience we had dealing with Hessler Flooring. Dustin, our sales rep, assisted us in finding the exact product (luxury vinyl planking) we wanted. He provided a very fair price for the job (and it was a large job of 2000 sf removal of old floor and installation of new floor) and the price was reinforced by comparison with two other companies. The installation crew was great. They showed up on time each day and did an incredible job and Dustin was following up throughout the process to ensure it was going well. This is the type of service you used to be accustomed to receiving but don't get anymore. Great Job!”
