“Good costomer service The staff is very helpful and a wonderful selection. I would shop there again for floor covering. I would no have there installers do the job though. The tile they put in looked good but was not to straight or level.”

“Best Around We went to Hennen's Floor Covering after several people recommended them. I was skeptical at first. I had never heard of Freeport, and thought they wouldn't have much of a selection. I was wrong. They have a huge IN STOCK selection. They were very helpful from the moment we walked in the door. They were able to tell us the first day we went into the store when they would be out to measure, and also when they would be able to install. I searched all over to see if I could find a better price - I couldn't. We purchased the best possible pad, and had to have new under -layment installed for the vinyl, and their prices still beat everyone elses. If you need new flooring Hennen's is the place to go. They know what they are doing, but more than that they are "down home" nice to their customers.”

“We asked around about having new carpet and vinyl put into the house we were buying. We heard from several people that we should check out Hennen's in Freeport. It was a bit of a drive, but so worth it. From the time we walked in the door (with our 4 kids in tow, I might add) they were helpful. They walked us through our options, let us know right then when they would come out to measure, and when we could expect the work to be done. The work was completed as they said it would be, the price was the best I found within a 60 mile radius (even with new subfloor in the kitchen area, and the best pad we could buy) We didn't do any sort of special order, didn't have to because they have such a large IN STOCK selection. I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Hennen's Floor Covering - they know what they are doing and they are affordable. Will turn to them again in the future.”
