“I was looking for a small area rug and there was lots of inventory, I found just what I wanted! Sales people offered me help, pointed me in the right direction, then left me alone to browse to my hearts content. When I made my choice, I was assisted right away. It was rolled, wrapped and paid for in minutes. I would shop there again definitely!”

“Hadinger Flooring has a great selection of area rugs, and carpet. I have a conflicted review. My experience with Ami as my salesperson was great! She is professional, knowledgable, and has great follow up! I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. The delivery men were so helpful and courteous, moving my furniture around, and making sure that the rug was just perfect. On another note, after initially meeting with Ami in the store, she let me take home carpet samples as the area rugs would not suit my needs. I know all about commissioned sales, and wanted to give her the business, however small it may be. After much deliberation, and no pressure on her part to return the samples, I found myself anxious to just place the order once I had made the decision. Upon returning to the store, Ami was off. I needed the rug, like yesterday, and I made the mistake of dealing with another salesperson in an effort to just place the order. Wrong move. She did nothing she said she was going to do. It was an easy sale for her, give me the quote, process the order. Said she would call the next morning with the factory quote....didn't happen. I had to call twice right up until the end of the day to try and get her (left a message). Of course it was the "I was just going to call you". Then, gave me an incorrect quote, based on the carpet's regular price, not sale price. When I questioned it, a snippy reply of "I'm not familiar with the fact that its on sale, I''l get back to you tomorrow." At that point, I hung up, completely frustrated, wishing I had stayed with Ami. I called back and was honest with her, I can't do business with her. I'd wait for Ami. Ami called me the next morning when she returned, and was super efficient and helpful. I hung in with Hadinger, as they have a great reputation, and in the end, am glad I did. The bound rug looks fabulous, and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend Ami Dustan as a salesperson that will make your experience a great one!”
