“Service was good but we purchased rugs that were there as opposed to ordering them. When they arrived one had many strings on the edges. The other has strings in the rug itself. Both were expensive rugs so this is disappointing”

AND she made the effort to come to my home to inspect one of the rugs that seemed to have a few little pulls in it. Now that is what I call real service! Thanks Ami!”
