“One of the most thorough and rewarding home improvement transactions we have experienced in a long time. Interactions with everyone in the store, Tod (our key interface , Will (scheduling), and Ashley (the business side), in the choice of the carpet including the careful approach to the installation was professional in every respect. To top it off, the installers were courteous, and very conscious of doing a great job. Cudo's to everyone!!”

“I thought I had found the floor i wanted from a small sample that I was given. When the boxes arrived it was the correct color but ever piece had ridges on it and I wanted it to be flat. The other store was upset that I was returning it but if they had shown me a bigger piece I would have known it wasn't what I wanted. I searched about 3 other places before going to Sacramento Flooring Carpet One. No one treated me as good as Sacramento Flooring. The service representative Dan was awesome! I liked the color from the small sample of the other store & Dan spent time looking with me and I finally found what I was looking for. Dan was very patient and cared about my needs. I know he could feel the frustration I had since I had been to so many places and wasn't getting much help. I think some places are just too big so they lose their interest in their customers. I would definitely recommend Sacramento Flooring. I am so happy with the flooring, warranty and of course the courtesy and knowledge of the representative Dan.”

“I just had the floors in my house replaced with vinyl planks and I love them. Tara was so helpful--she came out and measured then sent the estimate when she said she would. Great customer service. Dimitri and his coworker (I didn't get his name) were so professional, too. They came on time everyday--big job took 3 days. They were so helpful and kept me informed of what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves each day. I highly recommend that you use this company. I had called on a couple others and was not happy with their service, so when I came to Carpet One, I was so happy that they kept me informed of dates and times and showed up when they said they would!”

“We had a great experience with this business. The sales person showed up on time to our house and was very pleasant. We had actually already chosen the carpet from another place that I don’t believe even wanted our business by their lack of communication, so just the simple act of showing up on time felt like a breath of fresh air. Everything happened in a timely manner from the receiving of the bid, to the ordering of the carpet, to the scheduling of the install and the install itself. Everything went flawlessly. My husband is disabled and we really needed the master bedroom done and put back together in one day and that happened! All in all, it was a pleasure working with Gold River Flooring.”
