“Drove by only a few times, noticed the store sign, a simple name, Glen Floors. It gives the impression that floors is their expertise, and I wanted to stop in. But, never did. I had to address a problem with a worn floor, sinking in some spots and bulking in others. First I had to identify the type of flooring laid, this turned out to be quite frustrating and challenging, no one seemed to know 100% what the material was. But, more than a few people suggested that I go to Glen Floors, even one of my friends recommended Glenn Floors. So, no need to hesitate, I headed straight there, it was worth the drive and then some. I can't say enough about the knowledge, patience, and personable service I received from Michael. Other customers felt the same way. No presssure selling, you can converse with a friend while looking at floor samples, without a sales person standing over your shoulder. There's someone there to greet you and answer any questions. But, I love that they ask the right questions. Glen Floors, will leave you with such a good feeling. I walked away with such a good impression, my first thought was gratitude. I said a prayer and I wanted to tip or give a gift of thanks to Michael. Second thought, I have to tell someone about this store, Glen Flooring, their reputable. Third thought, I found a new flooring company that I want to give my business too. Glenn Floors has the experience, variety and specialty products to get the job done. But, their unique, they have gained the trust of the community and each individual that walks through the doors of their store. I was equipped with more knowledge on some things and educated on others. Glen Floors, give you the right experience the first time. It's about quality, knowing the products and the customer. Observed other customer interactions, it was very relaxed. No added pressures within store. Once inside, your eyes gaze upon different merchandise and products, trying to lock into what you came there for. Nice store layout, you can get distracted. But, you say to yourself, project for another time. Or, you'll look at it later. Yep, you have to have a self taught conversion with yourself. Or, you will buy up, order up the entire store...LOL. It's a nice size store with a large collection carpet, rugs, laminate, wood and vinyl flooring. Window treatment, blinds. A family business. The service is personable enough. But, what impressed me the most, Michael's knowledge of product and demeanor with customers, such a pleasure to experience and observe.”
