“I just moved to Bluffton recently and purchased an older home, 2200 sq ft, that had carpet and tile throughout. I decided to remove the carpet in the main living areas i.e. foyer, den and great room and replace it with wood flooring. I, also, wanted to freshen up the bedrooms with new carpet. We chose Gilman Floors and so glad we did. If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would. From the very beginning - walking into their showroom and working with Rich, Merrill & Phil, not to forget to mention, the owners themselves, Annette and Doug, I knew I was in good hands! In today's "Flooring World" there is so much, almost too much, out there to choose from. They helped me narrow my choices down, taking into consideration my wants, needs and price point. They were so accommodating and patient! They couldn't get into the house until closing and my closing date kept changing, making it hard to schedule their installers. However, when closing did come around they were ready to go. David & Pablo, our wood floor installers were first and were exceptional. They were always on time, the job was finished on time, even though after removing the carpet they had to do some leveling, AND everything was spotless when they left! Then Miguel and his crew came in...Another exceptional job - Again, on time, finished on time, and spotless when they left! What more could anyone ask for? The bottom line to this review is... If you are looking for a professional company that will do their best to fulfill your wants and needs don't look any further. Gilman Floors is the one for you.”

“We had our old carpet removed and hardwood floors installed this week in our bedrooms and couldn't be happier with with our experience with Gilman floors! From our initial contact, Merrill, Doug (Owner) to Phil (Operations manager) and Annette (Billings Manager)to their "Top Notch" installation team "Dave & Pablo" we couldn't have been happier. All along the way this team exudes professionalism and respect. One small issue presented itself (Floor needed leveling) and they informed us right away and rectified it expertly. The communication was more than expected with onsite visits to ensure satisfaction. We highly recommend Gilman Floors for your next flooring project!”
