He completed the over 1800 square feet of flooring, every room in our house, in 4 days of work. His helper Ross was also very competent and also was detail oriented. We are VERY happy with our new CoreTec floors and highly recommend Get Floored by Jacob. He leaves no stones unturned and strives for perfection. Jacob is the best!!”

“I’ve done a lot of building and remodeling over the last few years, and worked with a LOT of contractors. I simply can’t recall a contractor that I was more pleased to work with. The quality of his work and attention to detail is second to none. He’s meticulous with his prep work so that you don’t have a future problem with the end result. He communicates throughout the project and sends pictures and updates, which was incredibly helpful for us since we live in a different state than the location of this remodel. He gave choices and recommendations throughout, and made it easy for us to change the scope of work even after we began. And as if this wasn’t enough, the cost of working with him is VERY reasonable, and he is prompt to show up and very quick on the job. If there was a “5+” star rating, he would absolutely receive it. I can not recommend him enough!”

“Jacob just completed his second project for us. We are 850 miles away and found his company on Craigslist a few years ago. I was only looking for him to pull up glued down carpet and level the floor. I planned on installing the floor myself as I am never happy with having others do my work but something told me to give him a chance. Well, he knocked it out of the park on the install. We decided to to the rest of the condo last month, while he was there looking at the project he was telling us how we could us large tile for our new counter. I was intrigued and researched what he was proposing, it was new to me but given the work he did in the past we decided to go with it. He worked with us on tile and grout selection, offering advise as well. Everything went well and the condo was left in OUTSTANDING condition. Our time ran out and I had to catch a flight home, based on the pictures he sent he cleaned the area far beyond my expectation. I would recommend him to anyone and I only wish I could fine contractors in other fields that have the work ethic and comment to detail and customer satisfaction that he does.”

“I would recommend Jacob to anyone. We live in RI and needed floors done in Myrtle Beach and found him on Craig’s List and we couldn’t have been any happier. So we finally met him this year in person and had him do our kitchen remodel in our condo rental. The best decision we ever made. It’s hard to find someone when you live far away never mind trust that person but Jacob exceeded our expectations. I can’t say enough good things about him and his work.
