“These people are pros in their industry and products. They sell a wide variety of flooring types and colors. They also sell cabinets. I always get the best deal in their store. David is always helpful. To my ultimate surprise, I needed some additional material on my job site about a week ago, I called to verify if they had it or not, and they did. So I drove to their store within the hour. The girl who answered me call was there. I asked her a few technical questions, and she answered with a lot of depth and details that was much needed for me to make my selection. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she knew her products in and out, and she knew how it should be installed. She also called one of their installers while I was at the register to verify that her answer to me was the right answer, and it was. I was very impressed to say the least. I’ve been shopping at this store for more than 10 years now, and I keep coming back. I’m glad I finally made the time to write about their honesty and high ethics.”

I wish I hadn't contracted installation with someone else because German Flooring's price was better and they would have done it sooner.
