They were courteous, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The installer came out on a weekend to do the necessary prep work, and did a great job installing the carpet. “We were very pleased with our entire contact from.beginning to end. I liked the fact that Debbie let us take color samples home to look at. She came promptly to measure at no additional cost and honestly helped us decide on a color of flooring since we were a bit undecided. We had a bit of a issue with our home owners association and sound barrier requirements.Debbie went above and beyond to help resolve that problem. We are so thankful to her for that. The insulation was scheduled quickly. The installer and his son were very pleasant and professional. Very considerate of the older folks in our community. “I have to say all flooring stores hire pros, but Georgia carpet world is at a whole new level. The floor installers were suppose to come in and be gone by 130 pm. They had so many things go wrong , not because of them but from the people they were doing the work for. For one example people walking through their glue ,while waiting for it to dry ,more than 3 times. Along with other things that made them so far behind. They kept great attitudes and were there 6 hours longer than they planned. They still did the jobs like pros even though they could have cut some corners they did not. How I know this is because I stayed with them for the rest of their day trying to help them as much as I could. But of course as all great customer services would do they just told me to relax and not to worry about it, they had it. I still stayed just because they were such cool guys I am beyond impressed with their work and, what is getting even harder to find, their great customer service. No doubt in my mind I will be calling them for any future floor jobs that concern me.”
