“Eco flooring experts! We are renovating our mid century home and wanting the least toxic and period appropriate flooring products possible within our budget. (I was horrified at the amount of toxins in many conventional flooring products - check out My Chemical Free House blog) Geneva Flooring is a local San Diego women owned business and they know their stuff! Their knowledge of products available, the various applications & specifications of each product, creative ideas & thoughtful suggestions prove to me that they take their business and customers seriously. All customer service has been superior with reasonable estimates & a project estimator who really cared about our ideas & our budget. Cork flooring, linoleum flooring, hardwood flooring, natural wool carpeting and pad, so many incredible options-especially for those sensitive to chemicals, toxins and odors. I think they sell conventional flooring products as well, but with so many healthy options available, they will help you find the best choices for your needs & budget. Geneva Flooring can do it all. “My experience with Judy (owner) and Carrie (Salesroom) was extremely positive. I was given some guidance to a product that met my specs and that was going to replace my carpet and I knew I did not want tile, travertine or engineered hardwood. It needed to be waterproof, easy maintenance, have a "beachy" look plank style, not slippery and hold up to sand, Grandkids and moisture since I live near the coast. I purchased a laminate Fusion product and it was installed in the family/dining/deck and on stairs. The installation process was efficient and the installers were perfectionists. I have lived with the product for 2 months now and could not be happier. The purchase fit perfectly into my budget, and ordering and installation of the product was very timely. I could not be more pleased with my overall experience. Geneva has a lot to choose from, and I did not look elsewhere, as these gals know their floors!”

“It was a joy and a relief to find Geneva Flooring. The staff was warm, knowledgable, professional. The installer was excellent. I am giving them 5 stars because, as happens in life, there was a scheduling snafu, there was an issue with another flooring company -- it was not a bump-free transaction. But the WAY that Geneva Flooring handled all of it -- honorably, honestly -- was so refreshing. I think that a true judge of a business is not how they operate when everything goes smoothly, it's how they handle things when things are bumpy. And Geneva's owner and staff did right by me. Oh, and love the floor they recommended -- heavy traffic for a year and looks great.”
