“We hired this company on reference of our General contractor to restore the original floors in our 1925 bungalow. The work was done over several weeks time. The work itself was done well. Communication was sketchy during the entire job from workers as well as management. Different work crews showed up at different times, often without notice. After work was completed, The floors were marred by appliance installers so we needed someone to come back for repairs. We contacted the company several times over four weeks, sent photos, and requested someone to come by and confirm what if anything could be done. In each case we were put off. I would give them four stars for the actual work, but one star for their customer service. We paid 11,000$ for one thousand square feet of restoration. I would have expected better follow up. UPDATE 4/13/22: After posting this review, I was contacted by the company and asked for an opportunity to follow up. We were visited by the manager and an estimate was provided to make an attempt at repairs. The company has gone out of their way to communicate with me since then. As stated in my original review, I would give them four stars as an overall rating.”

“We had some water damage in one of our bedrooms and needed to tear out the old wood floor and replace with the same type of wood. The tear out and install was all done as planned. The install looks great and no issues to this point. Michelle (office manager) was a pleasure to work with.”

They placed shoe moldj g that made the entire floor look so much better, they leveled the floor the first day which made a huge difference. They also did my shop with metallic epoxy floors that looked amazing amazing when finished.”
