“We recently completed a major replacement of the carpeting in our home. We found Friendly Floors from a neighbor's recommendation. As it turns out, that was a very good thing. We visited the showroom where we looked at plank style tile flooring and a new all vinyl wood look composite that turned out to be perfect for our needs. The sales staff was very helpful with no pressure! We took a sample plank home to see how it looked in our home then we completed the order. The installer was excellent. He worked around our needs since we had an unexpected house guest during the install. He worked cleanly and made sure all area's of the house were accessible each evening. They disposed of the old carpeting and padding and installed new molding where the flooring met the wall. We are 100% satisfied with the entire flooring process from Ashley and Friendly Floors. You can be sure, they will be our first and only call for any future flooring needs.”
